Janelle was very in tune with the areas I was tense. She seemed to really focus in areas I needed to relax the most. She was patient, kind, and friendly. Definitely recommend!

I have had facials in the past at various hand and stone and other facilities that offer massages and facials, Marina was absolutely the best a 10. Marina clearly likes what she does because she does it very well. She made recommendations and was very polite and professional. Her facial massage was by far Outstanding! I will definitely request Marina on my next visit!

In the past there were errors to my account that made it difficult to make an appointment. The new staff is knowledgeable, friendly and put me to ease about my previous account issues.

The ladies at the desk are always warm, smiling and welcoming. I have had Julianna (sp?) twice now. Both times were extremely relaxing and she made sure to ask if I had an concerns or trouble spots. She suggested an add on treatment that I also enjoyed. Will ask for her again!

I walked in, and was greeted immediately. I was taken back within 2 minutes, and the therapist was very friendly, asked about any specific problems I wanted addressed. Facility was very clean.

My esthetician was super friendly but also knowledgeable and answered any questions I had satisfactorily

My massage therapist Jeff is the best!!! I have gotten massage done at Hand and stone before but Jeff is the absolute best. He’s pleasant and always does a great job. Sofiya always does an incredible job with my facial and her recommendations for my skin are always on point. I feel like my experience with her is very 1:1 and personal. Thank you so much!

I could get an appointment when I wanted one. Because of this Bordentown store, I probably will keep my membership instead or canceling. I had been very frustrated with Hamilton.

Aside from the delayed start time, everything else about my experience was wonderful. This is my 3rd massage with this therapist and 5th appt at this location. I always enjoy my time here.
