Hand and Stone

My wife and I both had massages and her s was longer than mine by about ten minutes. I am not complaining about the massage it was great but ten more minutes is ten more minutes, I am buying 60 minutes and I have never gotten the full 60 minutes. I know this because there is a clock in the room. Again the service I get is great I just could use a few more minutes.

The receptionist Ashlynn has a great phone manner and extremely pleasant and patient . Paul was a great massage therapist. Overall great experience

The receptionist was warm, friendly and efficient! I felt attended to and cared for by the esthetician. She made great recommendations, didn’t rush the process and appeared competent and happy with her job!

Great service & process went smoothly. However, Apple Maps needs to be updated. Got very lost on the way there, made me 15 mins late to my appointment. The location on Apple Maps brought me to the middle of nowhere. Had to pull out Google maps.

The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant. It's a very well kept and relaxing environment. It's affordable and at a great location. I appreciate how detailed the pre-screening is and how my therapist reiterated before we got started.
