Hand and Stone

I had Qiana as my therapist for just the second time. She is so strong that it took some used to getting acclimated to the pressure she utilized in my massage. She listened well to my needs as I have undergone three orthopedic surgeries in the last three and a half years so I have many limitations. I look forward to another massage with her that I have already scheduled where we can continually work together to find the right balance for my needs.

Masseuse was responsive to my direction regarding sensitive/needy areas. Peaceful and relaxing experience. Thorough and complete massage

I have been a member for many years and I have finally found “my” therapist! During my recent pregnancy, Carla clearly knew what areas to focus on. Now, 2 months postpartum, she continues to know exactly what areas need more attention without even telling her. The variety of techniques that she uses, always allows me to leave feeling brand new again! She is the perfect blend of professional and personal during all of my massages! I’m so glad that I stumbled upon her! 😀

Teniqua is an excellent therapist who always works to meet my needs. The selection of upgrades at H&S is also great.
