Friendly and knowledgeable massage therapist. Very relaxing and enjoyable massage. The room was clean, relaxing music and lighting. Overall I'm completely satisfied with the experience.

First time for hand and stone for me and I made a second appointment. Ben is a great massage therapist.

Friendly staff, great energy, cleaniness.

The desk reps really need to speed up the checkout. When leaving I should not have to wait in line when there's 2 at the desk. Also, the checkout should be a little more private. I shouldn't have to hear discussion about another member's membership and how much they want to tip or their conversation. The waiting room/area should not have to hear my conversation at check out. ANd this is for all locations.

Pain relief

I was satisfied with the massage therapists knowledge. I explained different problems I was experiencing and she addressed those issues.
