I thought that my esthetician, Sofiya, was wonderful. She was very friendly and professional. She made the experience very relaxing and was not pushy with the upsell.

First, I got lost on the way to the location and they were very helpful when I called to navigate the area. The bad directions from google also made me late and they were very accommodating. Finally, my therapist gave me a phenomenal deep tissue massage and I will likely go back to her despite having another Hand and Stone 20 minutes closer to my house.

Massage was great. Very relaxing. Can’t wait to come back for my next appointment.
