Was a very nice experience.

Staff very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. This was my first time at a Hand and Stone Spa. I left feeling wonderful and scheduled another treatment in 2 weeks. I also drove one hour to get to this Hand and Stone since my daughter was there and had a similar experience.

Carla was absolutely amazing and knows her stuff!! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I can’t wait to come back for another massage!

Michael is a great massage therapist. He put me at ease immediately. He did a great job from start to finish.

The salon is well appointed and staff very professional. Both the masseuse I have had the pleasure getting massages from and the esthetician are knowledgeable and excellent at what they do,. I love the monthly deal, and it makes me go to treat my self.

I purchased an 80-min. massage, I was extremely surprised that the Bordentown location charges $10 MORE for the same massage as the Hamilton and Langhorne locations and the receptionist informed me that a regular 50-min. massage is taxed. I explained that I've never paid tax at the Hamilton, Princeton or Langhorne locations. The $59.95 that I am charged for my monthly membership is what I am charged for a 50-min massage. I asked her for a price list and she could not produce one. I feel that something is off and since I am very particular about my massages, I may not keep my H&S membership for too much longer. There are many many options for massages nowadays. I also did not appreciate the sign at the front desk - "suggesting" tipping - suggesting a $30+ tip for a massage is bold!

I didn’t have to wait long in the lobby. My therapist was so great and extremely friendly! She knew exactly where my problem sections were and I feel great the next day. I already scheduled my next appointment with Teniqua

Customer service is EVERYTHING! And the staff/team there is great!
