Shirley was great! She applied the right amount of pressure and focused on my problem areas. My note about the lobby/reception area is just that there was a lot going on in there. Temp could have been higher in the room, but I failed to ask. We were told to stay in the car until the massage therapist was ready for us, however I witnessed other clients enter at their exact appt time. More consistency with policy would be great.

Relaxing starts when I walked through the door. Total relief and calming experience. What a great place to pamper yourself for an hour.

The reception staff were friendly and professional. The massage therapist took time to inquire about my specific needs and concerns. The therapist was professional and highly skilled. I highly recommend him.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I informed Shirley (the masseuse) that I have been experiencing much pain in my lower back and neck, she did a fantastic job working on those areas. I have made another appointment with her for this following Wednesday night to have her work on those areas again. And will probably make another appointment within the next few weeks.

It's a perfect place. The minute you step in the building you know you're in for a treat. Friendly greeting from the staff, aroma is wonderful, seats are comfortable for waiting. Massage therapist Zhanna is amazing!!

Friendly, courteous, professional

Jennifer asked for my bad spots and successfully relieved them. Her amount of pressure was perfect and did the job.

The staff were all very nice. And the esthetician and massage therapist I had were the best of any of the 3 Hand and Stone spas I have visited. I will only be going to these 2 women from now on
