Had a new therapist and she was much better than my last therapist. Better pressure for me. I was very satisfied !

I travel more than an hour to this location. Highly satisfied with all the girls, especially Safiya, the esthetician.

I have been using my Hand and Stone membership for 6 months. I started out with a facial for 2 months then started adding a massage with the last 4 months. I have had Michael for my massage the last 3 months and I will be sticking with him. He is excellent in his technique, his technique is a strong with pressure in all the right spots. He ask each time if I have any spots I want him to focus on during the massage. He talks minimally and ask if he is exerting to much pressure. At the end of the massage he ask how was the massage and how I feel. I also had a facial with different people each time. Most of the time with the Dermalinfusion. I keep saying to myself I can't do this every month but the results make my skin feel and look so good. I haven't had different staff because I was not satisfied but mainly due to scheduling. However my facial with Kayla so far was the best and I made sure I rescheduled with her for next month. I have had massages off and on throughout my life but was interested in starting a monthly plan. I used some gift cards when I started in October, but so happy with my 1st facial I signed up and I have no regrets. Denise Slough

Staff are very knowledgable and professional. Always feel welcome and tended to when I visit., The rooms are clean and welcoming, creating a relaxing environment.
