Kayla is absolutely AMAZING!! She is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and professional. Furthermore, she is very sweet and friendly. I can't think of anything she could possibly do better!!

I went into my appointment after a stressful day at work and had dry skin. The woman who did my facial let me know how to take care of my dry skin and made me feel very relaxed and informed about my skin needs. I am highly satisfied with my appointment. The woman at the front desk who scheduled my appointment was able to work around my work schedule and made me an appointment for the same day I called! Upon entering hand and stone I was greeted by a friendly front desk associate who answered all of my questions I had about my membership and services.

Kayla was very professional and caring making sure I was comfortable .it was very soothing and relaxing .
