Hand and Stone

I miss having regular facials,I was member but had to drop membership budget issues.I thoroughly enjoyed my faciowith Lenea.

My experience over the year 2022 has been good. My focus is on facials. My skin has shown great improvement. Compliments are made on how rejuvenating my skin appears.

Booking an appointment was so easy. Raven was attentive and caring. She listened to my needs and delivered a wonderful experience. I highly recommend signing up for the monthly membership as it saves you almost 50% of the cost!

Rachel is amazing, best massages I’ve had in years. Very happy with the price, the friendliness of the staff and the location. The only improvement to give would be the amount of emails I receive (too many) and the “unsubscribe” link does not work.

Highly satisfied with Hand and stone for three reasons: cleanliness, consistency, and service. The facility is always clean and I feel like my safety is a priority. My massage therapist is very consistent with the massage and her offerings to upgrade my massage. I have booked several times with the same therapist and I can expect the same care and attention to detail each time. The teams service is wonderful, from start to finish!

A greeting of good afternoon when I walked in would have been nicer then what do you need help with? In the past I've been greeted by name. I've been coming for a while so it wasn't my first time coming in. The last several times when I came in I've been asked "What do you need help with " which kinda sounds unwelcoming. I've had to say I have an appointment . Then I'm asked "ok what's your name?". Just feels kinda put on defense of why I'm there.

Best therapist ever!

The massage therapist was attentive to my needs and concentrated on the areas of tightness / soreness as I requested. She took her time to ensure all constricted muscles in those areas were relaxed before moving on to other areas. She was professional, yet personable without being overly chatty.
