The massage therapist was attentive to my needs and concentrated on the areas of tightness / soreness as I requested. She took her time to ensure all constricted muscles in those areas were relaxed before moving on to other areas. She was professional, yet personable without being overly chatty.

I love hand and stone that I drive 1 hour & 30 minutes each month to relax . But sometime I pay for 60 minutes but get 45-50 minutes . My appointment was at 11:00 I arrived at 10:45- 10:50. Waited in lobby until 11:05 went to room & had to undress , she came back around 11: 12 and I looked at clock when she was done and it was 12:01 not my full 60 minutes. She was awesome & a sweet person I left her a great tip but just need my full time paid . Thanks
