Very tranquil experience from the front door to check out. Exceptional customer service plus a great massage and a wonderful atmosphere transformed my mood and day!

My therapist was very good. She took the time to do the best job she could to get me to relax. She always checked my comfort level and took the time to talk to me about the next visit needs for me.

The massage therapist listened to my what my problem areas were and treated accordingly. I was welcomed as soon as a walked into the establishment. The receptionist was very fast with checking me out.

I love facials and it was very relaxing. Everyone was very nice. At other places I was given a water bottle or full glass of water at the end, here I only received about an inch of water in my glass at the end - thought that was strange.

I was highly satisfied with my experience for the following: 1) Location of the spa, 2) the friendliest of the receptionist and staff, and 3) the therapist expertise and making me feel at ease.

Any questions that I had was addressed with q recommendation of products - which I purchase. I will be returning the following week for more services.

I absolutely love the hand and stone membership. I can tell an immense difference when it’s been a while since my last appointment because I feel so relaxed and de-stressed after my massages.

The staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional from my experience. Lena and Kristie are awesome and are the main reason I have renewed my membership since COVID. The facility is nice and clean. I wish the massage room was a little darker and the music a little louder. The increase in pricing is a bit high for a regular massage or facial with no extras. Appreciate the military discount. Not sure if there is a rewards, VIP or referral program but there needs to be along with monthly service specials and service BOGOs. I will remain a customer until Lena and Kristie leave and/or I find a better spa deal.

The massage therapist was highly knowledgable and able to address my specific areas of concern. I also found that the facility was very clean, as usual. This particular location and my particular therapist (Rachael), are fantastic.
