I was greater by name when I entered the spa. The missus was very knowledgeable. It was my first massage ever and I was nervous they made me feel very comfortable.

Staff was very nice. The massage itself was really great and the therapist handled my problem areas very well

I love the folks at the Chesapeake Va spa. The people are extremely helpful and all of the therapist I have used have been quite good.

Christy was excellent, hitting all the right areas, extremely pleasant and took her time to explain the different areas, pressure and most important the aftercare/importance post masage

This was my first ever massage and the receptionist was so friendly and welcoming.The massage therapist was also very welcoming and made me feel comfortable.I feel better in my shoulders that has been bothering me for months.

Love going to Hand and Stone...I have an issue with the options for payment. Don't want to have a card to charge monthly, but because of that I don't like my options. I am a customer who wants a massage several times a month...the $79.00 monthly fee only covers 1 service. Went up $100 when I last paid for a 3 month membership. I am confused with what options (if any) for membership other than monthly...

Josh did an amazing job loosening the muscles in my shoulder and neck area. The hot stones were wonderful as well as the aromatherapy (lavender). It was a wonderful experience.

I always feel nervous getting massages and facials but both Rachel and Angelina put me at complete ease. Both were so personable and welcoming and environment felt very judgement free. Really felt accommodating and am happy to come back.
