The front desk staff person answered all of my questions and put me at ease. The massage therapist was friendly and kind. During the massage she asked me questions to ensure that I was enjoying the experience. She thoroughly explained what she was going to do prior to performing it. For example, she explained to me about the temperature of the stones and informed me to let her know if they were too warm and then each time, she was about to use them; she told me. She (Raven) was very attentive to my needs.

Wonderful experience, except scheduling the appointment was more difficult than I anticipated. I was gifted a promotional gift card for Christmas, and my friend originally scheduled my appointment back in November. My friend was later contacted about rescheduling to a later date since my preferred therapist works every other week - this made scheduling an appointment difficult, especially since the office should have been expecting more business during the holiday season with these gift cards. I will be back, though!
