My therapist zeroed in on areas that needed extra treatment. The waiting area was very smelly and people with allergies may have difficulty with this. Tried the coconut water which was good.

The ladies at the reception were super friendly and made me feel comfortable since this was my first facial experience. They offer two different types of water and remind you of the restrooms before your reservation.

She was very knowledgeable. She was friendly. She made suggestions

I just love Mila Hasing my esthetician. I skin has improved so much. She is great. I love my experiences with her. Mila really listens to my concerns and calms my fears.

The staff is always welcoming when I arrive. Rachel my massage therapist is amazing. She will always ask about areas of concerns and listens! She makes sure I am comfortable during the treatment. Most importantly during these trying times , I can see every precaution is taking to ensure the safety of all guests.

The staff were very courteous and professional. The shop was clean. The estitician was very knowledgeable and professional.

Tony is an excellent therapist, I have a hard time making time in my own life to get there, but I would be there all the time if I could!

The only thing I would change is the intake process. I would have rather completed the forms prior to my appointment.
