The spa is beautifully decorated. It is also clean. The staff have great customer service skills. The prices are reasonable. The service is excellent. Discount options are offered. I like the giftcard options also.

My experience with my entire visit on Sept 1 was wonderful. My only complaint with Hand & Stone is the availability for appointments on weeknights. I have to book at least a month out (if not more) to find an appointment that fits my schedule since I work from 9-5 all week.

I did not get a facial but my bikini wax was made as enjoyable as possible with Christine. She was friendly and made me feel very comfortable as this was my first experience with waxing.
