Appointment availability within the same week that I called. Friendliness of the staff. Massage therapist’s massage skills and asking the question as to whether I prefer a firm, soft or in-between massage.

As always , the reception desk was welcoming. Rachel, my therapist, always does an amazing job! Always ask what areas are of concern that she needs to concentrate on.. always happy and has a smile on her face!.

Tony was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He was very caring the entire session and attentive to what I needed from my session.

Rachel is absolutely amazing! The past several visits I have told her my focal spots and she paid attention to those areas without me feeling I had to give up on the whole massage. She is knowledgeable and makes me feel completely at ease. My husband raved so much about her that I just had to book my next appointment w/ her now she is the only person both of us use!

The receptionist was polite and welcoming. The reception area, bathroom and massage room was clean. The massage therapist was polite as well as knowledgeable. She seemed to know the areas of my body that needed work without me even really telling her. She also advised me of stretching excising I could do to help with by problem areas.

The staff in the greenbrier shop are perfect! Time was respected Smelled amazing

She was very knowledgeable. She was very caring and enthusiastic about her job. She made the experience exciting.

I took a 90 minute appt and b/c I have so many appts already charged to my card during Covid my therapist suggested I use a service since I would lose 1/2 of 2nd massage , but those services actually went beyond and I had to pay even more, not happy about that at all

The facility is always so clean and everyone is always so nice. Christina is an amazing massage therapist. She always addresses any problem areas and fully works out any kinks. I always leave feeling so much better and relaxed.

The staff was extremely friendly and the massage was exactly what I need to help with my stress.
