The receptionist was amazing at giving information about the monthly program you offer! Of course I signed up, and the lady who did my facial was so sweet and gentle. 10/10 recommend! However, y’all should add dermaplaing to the system!

I enjoy my time at Hand and Stone. It helps me to relax and helps me with my aches and pains, it releases my tension.

The reception area is always calm and inviting. It was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Today’s visit was a dual service and both my massage and facial were of great value both in cost and benefit.

Everyone is very professional and friendly. The store is clean and is in good condition. The front desk always greets you and makes you feel welcome.

This was my first massage at Hand & Stone. The receptionist was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. Erin, made me feel at ease and gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Signed up for a membership right after! Cant wait for my next massage!

My therapist actually accommodated me 30 minutes earlier so that I could be on the same timeframe as my daughter. My therapist was extremely accommodating with my back and neck issues. My therapist was very knowledgeable and professional. In addition, it was the first day of Christmas music and I did not prefer that. She actually pulled out spa-like music and made the ambience perfect. thank you for a great session.

I have ongoing knots and muscle tightness. Amber is amazing! She recognizes my specific issues and does an amazing job of trying to ease my pain.

even though my apt was 20ish min late I still feel I received the utmost personalized attention. timing is important due to client having other commitments, HOWEVER the specialized care I received and the attention on the areas causing me the most discomfort was specialized to me. this is impeccable service.
