The reception staff was friendly and polite. Mary was amazing! I always feel welcome and cared for.

The esthetician was very knowledgeable and informative about the cryo-slimming process during the consultation. He went over all the post appointment protocol for best results over the next 2 weeks and was very personable and tailored some recommendations to my situation.

I was very pleased with the place and people that worked there. I liked my esthetician a lot and she was very friendly. She helped recommend products for my skin type and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment.

The massage therapist was welcoming, friendly, and shared an energy of calm and ease. They took their time and the massage did not feel rushed through at all, which I have sensed before at other places. It was also evident that the therapist was very experienced. When I left I felt both physically and spiritually aligned and I can not wait to go back for another appointment soon. It was the best massage I have ever had! Thank you.

My esthetician is very knowledgeable about skin care. I think the facials are very relaxing. I feel as though I am improving the look and feel of my skin.

I love how well the new app works for booking appointments—that you can select a specific therapist or any therapist. This Hand and Stone location is convenient and spotlessly clean. Daelen, my therapist for the past two visits, was fantastic—really listened and then addressed the areas that were sore. He’s gracious and very skilled.

The receptionist was very friendly and cheerful. Kacy is a great estitichian. She takes time and explains new services when available and understands my skin condition and has really helped to improve the redness of my skin.

Jaq was great about talking me through what I could do to continually improve my skin and was very thorough in what she could do to help with my skin that day.
