The reception area is small and crowded and offers no privacy when booking. Someone was there before me who was training a service dog and I didn’t like walking in and seeing a dog and waiting for this person to book her next 5 appointments while I waited. It wasn’t the receptionists fault per se but I wasn't greeted and found the seating area because the person who had already finished services took so long booking her appointment that I heard her whole life story.

I was greed the moment I walked. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My therapist was fantastic and checked often during to session to make sure I was comfort and/or needed anything. Sam is wonderful!!!

The relaxing sensation fell over my body as soon as I walked into the door. Everyone was very nice and polite the entire visit. My massage therapist was amazing and very professional. The best “spa” experience I have ever had!

Xac was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to ask to help me voice my skin concerns. My experience was so relaxing, and Xac was able to recommend amazing products to me without it coming across as pushy (which is hard, as I am a salon professional and know how it works!). I will definitely be back, with Xac, and recommend the spa, and her, to everyone I know!
