The only continuously odd thing is the receptionist asking me if I “ want” glute work. They should ask in a different way or better yet, just let me read and answer the questions myself. Emily and Heather are both amazing!

Chris was able to apply significant enough pressure to relax my multiple trigger points in my upper back. Most therapists are unable to do so.

Sara was very friendly and knowledgeable. She spent quality time working on my problem areas. Highly recommend her!

Everything was great. However the music from orange theory fitness next door was so loud I could hear it through the wall and it was very distracting.

Hand and stone always have a great vibe. Everyone is very nice and professional. I like that the therapists ask for feedback during the massage to adjust how you like.
