I LOVE Hand & Stone! Ever since my first booking and massage, I've never regretted signing-on for a membership! It is clean! It smells so good! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and courteous! Xaq was SUPERB! She did a great job, made me feel welcome, and I thoroughly enjoyed my first facial! I had no idea what to expect and it far exceeded my expectations! In addition, Jolene always does a great job with my monthly hot stone massages; she always is respectful and inquires about my world (she remembers things and that is huge). And...she gives a soothing and relaxing massage! So kudos to both of these gals! They rock it!

I had the privilege of having Xac give me my facial! She was extremely professional, took time to get to know my skin as well as me personally! She’s a truly personable person & gave me an amazing facial. She also did a great job explaining what each product was doing for my skin.
