Rooms need updated and cleaned Blankets have many holes in them

The bed was smaller than we reserved. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but was very stinky. The bathroom door didn't close. The bathroom was dirty. The lighting was bad. Most key card stopped working and we went to the office to get a new one and nobody was there so we had to wait.
