I wasn’t highly satisfied because I felt like I was rush during my sale transaction

I thought I should have gotten a free Bracelet because I purchase over $100 but they said it had to be on one receipt and I didn’t feel that was fare.

I feel there is always room for improvement in any business. I was very satisfied with my service from Isis she was very pleasant and knew what I was looking for, for the most part all my items were available except for a few I was looking for. The manager Marissa I think she was the manager she was very nice. She organized the line outside the store where we had to wait it was a 30 minute wait on the line because of the 35% off sale going on, but it moved good. Its just different now with Covid that you can not roam the store and look at other things. I had a book and I marked my items and should the girl that helped me what I was interested in so it worked out good. I will return to the store.

The lady working there charged me without the discount when I asked her three times to check, then her manager had to come and fix it.

I am looking for an addition to my collection that I cant seem to find. I want something to comhonarate Alaska and everything I see falls short

It was a little stressful because I couldn’t find one that I really loved. But I found a cute one after. Everything Else was pretty good. Just wish they had more of a selection. Bit it’s alright.

The sales person was knowledgeable able the merchandise. I was looking for a present.

Store was clean, customer service representative was kind and helpful. Also knowledgeable about the charms. I would definitely return to store.
