I did not get to exchange either of my recent purchases. There is very little merchandise at the store. I feel like they offer too many style rings and not enough sizes in each style

The store is entirely to small. You cant focus on your purchase because you're constantly moving out the way. At 1230pm there are only 2 associates in this location. So that forms a line outside the store.

Had to wait on line, out side the store..was very surprised.being that the holiday is over...I guess the seasonal workers are gone

It is really expense. I can not found what I like. Once you buy the first bracelet, it is a temptation to continue shopping

The charms i wanted were not in stock

I was highly satisfied because the staff were very helpful and nice. They also answered all my questions. The assistant was very nice showing me different options of what was close on what I was looking for.

All personal very professional and very amable

The woman didn’t really have knowledge of the merchandise. She laughed it off like it was no big deal. She wasn’t very friendly.

The salesperson didn’t ask what I wanted to put my clips he just added on the place he wanted and I removed them

I had to wait on line before being helped. However once I was helped, the associate was very helpful and kind. I have purchased items here in the past and would come again.
