Some of the sales associates were not helpful. They were standing around talking to each other while people were waiting to be seen.

I was not highly satisfied because I felt that the store was completely understaffed. I understand the purpose of the line in front of the store but with a store that always has a line, another system must be put in place. There were 2 people working behind the counter and about 15 people on the line waiting to be helped. I stood there for about 40 minutes.

Online Pandora was having a 20% off sale that was online only but the sales associates began complaining that online was taking their sales and it wasn’t right etc etc thought that was unprofessional

the sales associate wasn't that friendly. The merchandise (charm) had a price on it and i was told that wasn't the price of it.

One of my bracelet charms is dull and I thought that by having it cleaned at your store it will restore its condition. Unfortunately, the cleaning did not help and although the charm is only 3-4 months old, it does not hold up to Pandora's quality standards.

1. While going thru the check out process, my name & information appeared in your database multiple times ( As I have made several purchase at various locations as well as online). When I indicated that all entries were likely mine - the salesperson stated "I don't think so.". Further review indicated that one entry was associated with a Charlotte, NC address. I indicated that that was indeed my account. The salesperson stated "No. You don't live in Charlotte!" My response was that I have family in Charlotte and shop there often as holidays are spent there. The salesperson inquired " Are you sure?" As though I may be mistaken! I was not happy with the exchange. 2. Neither the regular catalog nor the seasonal catalog were available. My request for same was met with a somewhat dismissive comment referring me to the online catalog.
