The store is pretty tiny with limited space to move. There is always a line to wait on in order to get in the store. The associate was not very engaging.

This store did not have alot of the charms I wanted. I made sure to ask if they had everything in the book before I started shopping, there were about 6 charms I wanted and they did not have

There are too few options for the reflexions selection

The sales person wasn't thorough when looking for merchandis in book, causing us to be in store longer than needed, and other sales girls, were rude as to asking us to move from the counter.

A few items that I was interested in were not available. Then upon returning home and reviewing my purchase the two cleaning clothes that I purchased were not included in my bag. I was totally disappointed since it cost me $10.00. I called the store and no one answered the phone. All I received was a answering machine instructing me to leave a message, which I did and I never received a call back. Now I have to travel back from queens to Long Island just to see it the store will give me the two missing items. Smh!

The walk ways are small and narrow.

I felt like the some of the sales person was not friendly to me or my daughter. Almost as if we were annoying him.
