Pandora Jewelry

There was a very long line when I had visited the store. I waited on line for over 30 minutes which is pretty long. Otherwise it was a great experience.

That was my first time in a pandora store and I feel like the sales associate rushed my check out:…Her personality was dry:… Didn’t really recommend anything, Suggest anything:… It was just like what you see is what you get

Presented my Pandora credit card to pay for my purchase and the associate told me it was canceled because it had not been used enough recently…I had a $5000 credit limit which your Commenity bank closed without notification…Very embarrassing!!!!!

I heard the door host tell the sales clerk, “I think she’s just looking and won’t be buying anything.” Did I not meet her expectations of a Pandora customer?? I have been collecting for over 10 years!!

When ordering through the app there is a limit on ordering, but if you go into the store there is no limit. This is not right. If I’m ordering for a bunch of people for my department it’s limited. I suggest this needs to be changed.

Sales Associate wasn’t friendly and had no personality. She was very rude in her talking manner, and didn’t help make suggestions on what to purchase

La persona que atiende en la tienda no es amable . Y no tiene paciencia para los clientes. Pienso que deben de ser amables!!!

Sales rep could have been friendlier

My daughter’s bracelet was not locking. The sales associate told me that means it’s broken before even taking a look at it and I would need to buy a new due to they don’t fit the bracelets and it’s over the one year warranty. I said can you at lease look at it first to make sure in which he did and said the same thing. I am upset that I had to buy a whole new bracelet. Pandora should be able to fix something so small. Why Do I have to buy a whole new bracelet. Damages services should be offered at a price after one year.

Las prendas son de buena calidad y bonitas y una gran variedad. Lastimosamente el servicio en esta localización no fue el mejor y la tienda es bien pequeñita en espacio no hay mucha movilidad.
