My daughter received a bracelet a few months back and it has turned color. I brought it in to be cleaned but did not turn out very well(clean). It is an expensive bracelet for it to tarnish. I wanted them to exchange.

Long lines that could have been faster if the sales clerks alloted for a viewing line and a line for people who knew exactly what they wanted.

Sales associate was very unfriendly made me feel I was bordering him. He was in a rush I was still buying and he was given me the total of my items. I wanted to get other things too but with the attitude he had I didn’t bother asking for anything else.

The sales associate wasn't the friendliest. I said I was looking for a specific crown ring. She pulled out one. She could've showed me the brochure to see if I could find the one I wanted. Her demeanor wasn't up to par for what I consider great customer service. If I'm spending $100 for a ring, I expect better service.

the store cleanliness and location and the sales representative were/was fine. I was just buying sometime for my wife. I really don't care about ambiance. Just want to get out.
