Upon walking in two associates were helping customers respectively—there was another employee female short, long black hair, tan sweater, and round that was not busy she was past me without acknowledging that I was there. Another customer walked in and they were greeted by the associate. She walked by me several times; I walked up to the male associate behind the register that seemed to be researching on the laptop. I asked for help and he was more than happy to assist me and was rather patient with me. The female then announced to her peers that she had to get her Apple Pay fixed. The service I received tarnished my experience.

I was not satisfied because the customer service was very low in quality. They also didn't have many options and did not give me any recommendations for other places. Once I came back and made my return the associate seemed to have an attitude because of my merchandise return.

In store 2 retail working. The waiting time was unbelievable because of short staff.

The wait was long and there was only 2-3 staff working. The products that I wanted were not in stock and the lady assisting me wasn’t very friendly

Lack of associates had 2 join a line for about 25 mins then the items were not packed properly had 2 wait for my rep to find them and pack them up to bring 2 me,then after I told what I wanted and asked for it to be cleaned the rep said it takes 45mins to an hour for it to b cleaned. I left and I went to my pandora store that i love to shop at and got it cleaned.

Bought a bracket as a gift for a birthday which was Sunday she showered left bracket on now it’s black. I have a sterling silver bracelet shower with it and it never got black and I have it over a year

Poor knowledge of the items I wanted. Poor suggestions for what I was looking for. Not having the items they then recommended. Not having more than 1 item of certain items (i wanted the same spacers)

The sales associate did not show or reccomend much. I felt that he did not want to be there. When dealing with the public, your breath should always be refreshed...Very hard to have conversation and smell the terrible breath.

The sales rep Imahnni J was not receptive and very warm at all. Told her i bought a chain for my daughter less than 2 weeks ago, she wore it ONCE and a day later it started to change color. I told her I couldn't understand that but all she did was go on about had I read the manual I would've known to "store it in a ziploc bag". I didn't not like her attitude but thankfully a supervisor came over and handle it much better!
