I purchased a bracelet and 4 charms from the store. I'm a first time buyer and was so excited so I proceeded to get the bracelet and the charms that were discontinued merchandise which was cheaper l was confused on how to put the bracelet on so Gabriela did it for me and I lost 2 charms. In my previous email I attached my receipt of purchase. The charms literally fell of the same day possibly at the mall but didn't realize it until I got home.

I own quite a few pieces of Pandora jewelry from gifts and purchasing myself but everytime I go to the stores it feels so transactional. You literally feel like you are begging for them to assist and take your money. It was Valentines Day and I felt rushed and the person was not personable or gave me ant suggestions, so I chose items that I may return because I felt I needed to hurry and get out of the store. I think I will be trying smaller business online jewelry going forward. Don't like the customer service from Pandora anywhere I go.

The line was very long and only two customers were permitted in the store at a time ; there could have been some kind of assistance prior to entering so that info was already entered into the iPad and everything could have been quicker . There were two lines

Placed online order to avoid long line. 2 hours later still not ready. Had to wait on the line anyway. They couldn’t even cancel the existing order. Online ordering is pointless.

The sales associate was new but the manager was not very customer friendly, I also spent more than 150 dollars in store which qualified me for the free bangle which I brought up to there attention and they ignored me. I called customer service this morning to complain and follow up. I purchase often from Your stores, this was my first time at the long island Roosevelt field mall location.

There were discount options for the product I bought and I kept on asking the associate. But they were not fully aware of the same and hence, i had to pay in full. Also, the collection of the product could be better. We are on the verge of returning one of the products.

Was waiting outside the store. There were multiple employees available. Woman outside greeting customers asked one of the girls to help us and she just ignored her. Finally she directed us to employee at the front counter. Also I do not like your Pandora credit card. I previously had it, used it but because I didn’t use it for a few months my card was cancelled without any warning. I told the employee and she said that yes the credit card company does that without notice. Tried to reapply for the card again and was declined. I don’t understand why when the card was paid off and my credit and income is good

The whole experience was very strange and unwelcoming. I had to make an exchange for a different size ring and I wasn’t even allowed inside the store to do so. I had to wait on the other side of the barrier which felt very rude. In order to make the exchange I had to prove the ring didn’t fit and couldn’t even hold onto my original ring when trying on the different sizes. I also had to give way too much information to make an exchange for a gift. This was all over a $36 ring but it felt as if I was trying to exchange something worth thousands of dollars. If this is how Pandora treats their customers I will not be returning. I don’t want to be serviced by a store that treats customers like outcasts without even allowing them to step foot in their store.
