There were sales associates standing in the back of the store doing nothing and the greeter had to call them multiple times before someone came to help me.The store had 1 other customer at the time .It was not busy .

The store was Extremely small and unable to walk around in. When I tried to pay another sales Associate walked Right in front of my transaction to show someone else merchandise, it was like I was invisible. Will never go to this store again!

I understand associates being busy I have no problem waiting for my turn but no one greeted me or told me where to go so I waited inside the store. When an associate, comes from the back she did not even acknowledge and acknowledged a person waiting on line outside and that person was waiting on line outside. I was so polite and knew what I wanted to purchase and had no problem waiting but was given no instructions nor was I offered an apology and I am a paying customer. I will not be coming back here

The wait was extremely long to enter the store. The sales associate Daquana from Garden City NY was not friendly at all. When I got home I saw that there was a promotion from a commercial yet the sales associate never brought it to my attention. First time and last time buying from Pandora.

Sales person is completely on personal hone checking Facebook and updating selfies. Zero interest in talking to customer/showing the available bracelets. I have to go through Pandora website and show the product for availability.

The bracelet that I purchased was in the case priced at $100. I was then told it was the wrong price and was actually $175. I was not sold the bracelet at the $100 price that was visible to me.

I opened a credit card and bought many items. I received a 10% off for my next purchase that expired 7/28/21. The next item I wanted to buy came out on 7/29, 1 day after expiration. This wasn’t my fault and no one would help me to use my discount. After spending 100’s someone could of made an effort to help me use discount so I could if saved 7.50 more. Not nice to treat a good customer that way.

I love Pandora but unfortunately I had bad attention from the saleswoman I felt very badly attended to, she did not want to attend to me it was so much that there was a box on top of the clothes and she did not even want to remove it so I could observe the objects.
