The sales associates would shave preferred to not help and wanted to show catalogues when made clear I wanted to look inside. Service was terrible. The workers weren’t friendly and not helpful when it came to questions and seemed uninterested and unbothered. When asked to clean a ring didn’t not clean it with fresh cloths to wipe down and used bear hands. Very unsanitary. Did not enjoy this store. I understand you were closing in an hour but you have a job to get done. Your attitude shows.

Two people entered ahead of me. The man’s mask was under his chin. No one asked him to put it on properly. I friend of theirs kept walking in and out of the store...no one stopped him...more than 10 people in the store. No one wiped down the counters after any customer left.

The line to get into the store was very long . Sales associates were taking way too long to take care of customers. Also my sale associate did not understand the item I was asking for . I also saw another customer receive a catalog but when I asked for one I was told we don’t give out anymore.

I wanted a catalog book to view different merchandise because covid19 prevent browsing. Denied the book.and only shop in store or online

I came into pandora to replace a bracelet that was purchased November 20, 2020 because it broke. The sales associate Mariana was not helpful at all. It was like she was trying to get rid of us. The only help she gave was go to another store we don’t have it. She didn’t offer any solutions to the problem whatsoever or try offer us something. When we asked to get something else instead she only showed us very limited options of the most expensive items

I asked the sales clerk to clean my bracelet it look the same dull !!!! I had to ask for a box & bag !!!!!

Employee was rude. No Patience and didn’t explain any of products . Threw bag and tablet at me
