I picked out a ring and the The sales associate made a face at me. And then asked “are you gonna get this?” And I said “yeah...”. Then she proceeded to say “I don’t like it”. Most rude and uncomfortable experience experience. Then she pulled out other rings in order to replace the one I picked out. Who even does that?

understanding that there there is a pandemic going on. However being afraid being by people and acting a certain way is insane. If you are afraid of working being surrounded with people then you shouldn’t be at work because your job also requires to make people feel wanted and welcomed. I felt like I was rushed and it seems like no one wanted to be close up to help. Horrible experience

The return policy for items that clearly with wearing over a time . Like for example the clasp on my bracelet is not locking and o cannot have it exchange for a functioning one . I have a total of 10 bracelets and I am now so incline to purchase anything else

we have been loyal card holders at this store for a couple of years now. we came in today to purchase Christmas gift for our daughter and we didn't have our Pandora card with us. We asked if there was a way to look up our account and the sales associate wasn't sure so she asked the manager in duty who refused to even acknowledge us at all and just shook her head no without even giving so much as eye contact. We ended up using our debit card for the purchase. This is very disappointing and the treatment by that manager was beyond unprofessional.

STORE WAS EMPTY. ONE SALES CLERK ATTENDING A CUSTOMER. THREE OR MORE CLERKS WERE CALLED FORWARD TO ASSIST WHEN STORE STARTED TO FILL WITH FIVE OR MORE CUSTOMERS. BY THEN PEOPLE STARTED LEAVING. ONE REP CAME OUT IM GOING TO BREAK. THE OTHER TWO TOOK OVER 20 MINUTES UNTIL A THIRD CALL AND KNOCK ON THE DOOR, ONE REP PEEPED OUT AND SLAMMED THE DOOR WITHOUT SEEING WHAT TYPE OF ASSISTANCE WAS RENDERED. IF THE STORE WAS BEING ROBBED, CARELESSNESS OF THE REPS WOULD BE THE DOWNFALL.

The associated who took care of wasn’t offering I had to ask specifically in order for her to show the jewelry. It seems that she was doing me a favor and I spent a decent amount of money. Unfriendly customer service

The sales person was rude. I told him what type of bracelet I wanted to purchase & showed him the one I owned. He informed me that I could NOT have purchased my bracelet premade as they are not sold like that. I told him where I purchased it and he turned to another sales person and said "have you ever heard of this". when I told him I was no satisfied with his service he told me I could leave. The only reason I continued with my purchase, was I needed it for that afternoon.
