I visited the store on December 17th, 2022 at around 8:30 pm. I waited on line for about 30 min which was understandable due to the high volume traffic. The associate designated to watch and direct the line was so lovely, helpful and sweet. The girl Gabriela who actually rung up my purchase had a very distasteful attitude. She gave me a used bag, I politely asked for a new bag and received a distasteful attitude in return for asking

Went to return an online item and wasn’t given full amount was told since I ordered it online I would not be refunded my taxes

I ordered online never got a email say item is ready for pickup. When I went to the store to inquired of items purchased I was advised that the order was canceled. when I call customer service he told me the only thing that’s he can do is a 25%discount which I never received, not sure if that was just to get me off the phone

The sales associate was very rude and and I felt sort made me feel uncomfortable. They had a rope off by the door so we were not welcome inside instead we was service by the rope outside of the store while others where welcome to just walk in and shop. I have over 7 full bracelets and to be treated like we were dogs was wrong. All the white people where in the store shopping and she did not allow us to go in. Very disappointed by her services. Even when we mentioned it she didn't seem to care.

no one helped us in the store due to our age customers that went in after us were helped before us and we waited 30 mins to be helped

I ordered an item online and the company sold the adjustable bracelet that an employee stated with her own mouth they would never recommend it because the item does not stay secured. It makes no sense for a company to sell an item that they know is of horrible quality. You will not get anymore of my money!!!!
