The lady that was helping me was very rude. She had a horrible attitude while helping me as if she didn’t want to be there doing her job. She asked me what i wanted in a snappy tone. In the past I have been given the display boxes to look at up close, but she did not do that. and I would have to point through the glass display at what i wanted. When I told her which charm I would like to see she would throw it on the counter. I was beyond frustrated at this point. I bought my charms and left. I definitely would not return after this interaction.

I was looking for a necklace for my coworker that’s retiring. The necklace was beautiful however the service was horrible. The bag - I want it to be perfect with no stains or rip . I told the girl if you change the bag - she changed it with an attitude then she didn’t say Thank you , nothing - i had such a bad experience. Horrible customer service . Her name is Anne W. Please tell her to change her attitude with customers or find another job.

I shop at various Pandora locations and the Roosevelt Field location is the absolute worst. I always seem to get the person who seems as if they rather be somewhere else instead of work. There is a gentleman that works there who is absolutely amazing. The women that work there all have attitudes and are very unhelpful to say the least.

My sales associate Carla was very rude and provided horrible customer service. As soon as she began helping me, she expressed to her co-worker that she wanted to go on break, making me feel very unwelcome right off the bat. I asked for a specific pair of earrings in the display and she proceeded to take out a different pair. I mentioned that I specifically wanted the earrings that I pointed to because it seemed to be in the best condition compared to the others in the display but in a very rude manner, she replied, “it’s the same.” Honestly, I stood there observing the other sales associates treating their customers nicely in a friendly manner and had wished that I had any of the other associates help me instead. Overall, Carla totally ruined my experience today at Pandora and her “customer service” was totally unacceptable. I truly hope that Carla’s atrocious customer service gets addressed so that no other customer would have to experience what I went through today.

One of the assistants name Jessica was very rude when my sales associate asked her a question about exchanging an online order and refunding merchandise from Afterpay. There was nothing written in the store about Afterpay merchandise has to be paid off before getting a refund. She also stated that I couldn’t do online returns In her store I have to call customer service and return it online. The Afterpay/ Klarna App states it can be returned at the store I called customer service two times and they told me the same thing. When I returned to the store after she stated to another sales associate, that’s the one with the attitude, No one had a name tag on so I asked my sales associate who was very professional who she was. I was treated like this because I’m an African American. Similar Situation happened at the Bayshore,NewYork store with the supervisor Barbers telling I can’t do returns at the store unless I purchased it from the store. I spend too much money at Pandora to be treated like this. I will let it be known

Went in to make a purchase, emploee that assisted us was fine however i had an online order to pick up as well and the associate appeared annoyed that i asked about an email receipt that i never received i asked if she could check what email the purchase that i made went to that another employee assisted me with she said it takes time to come in, i asked if she could check because I didn’t give the employee my email she says “i dont know what email she sent it to i just know she did” with an attitude after leaving the store it turns out she emailed the receipt to my mom who had entered hers for another purchase but i ended up paying for everything. Not sure how difficult it was to find out that info but I definitely didn’t appreciate the attitude. Still debating on whether or not to return my entire order.

Very disappointed experience for a loyal customer

Yesterday was my mom birthday and I took her to buy some presents for her, my sister and my girlfriend (because of the holidays) my mom is a loyal customer for years and all my family as well, she has a beautiful Pandora bracelet with tons of charms, also rings and others. She was asking for cleaning on her pandora bracelet (as I said it was her birthday) the lady at the front said yes and she took it to clean in the meantime we were finished with the purchase. However, later when she came back and she was trying to put the bracelet on my mom's wrist. The bracelet did not close it was damaged and they said the bracelet was damaged before to handle to them. My mom was very sad and even more, disappointed because they only offer her 10% off to buy a new one, that is a complete shame, you do not do that to a loyal customer then they said 15% and that is not enough. My mom was asking for at least 20% but they said they never do that. I have a friend that has a similar problem and the store gave her 60% off on a new bracelet and sharms, my firend is white but because we are hispanic we just deserve 15%. I have a record of this situation because it is not fair at all for a loyal costumer

I purchased one single item and the girl gave me an empty box in a sealed bag and I did not notice untill I had already gotten home and gave it to this person as a gift so they opened an empty bag and box and then I had to drive all the way back to get the item and they just said “sorry next time we’ll give you 10% off” I don’t even shop at pandora that often and I probably won’t ever again

The sales person didn’t have a clue as to how to help me and gave me the wrong information several times I could not complete a return and I am stuck with something I don’t like I have been a customer for many years and due to the experience I may not be a customer anymore
