Horrific Online Shopping Experience

I made a purchase online for a particular item in full. I arrived to the actual location where the scheduled pickup would be. I asked to see the item, the item that I planned on purchasing, which was available. Although I verbalized that I already paid for this item, I was told I had to pay again. So I ended up paying for the same item twice and my $97.76 still has not been returned. Horrific Online shopping experience. Although the sales person was pleasant and nice, seems this store policy creates a terrible shopping experience.

Was told the order was ready to be picked up. When I arrived it wasn’t available. I was also told the charms would be available to be picked up with the bracelet and not shipped to my home. Instead they shipped it to my home where my girlfriend will see the package and likely open it therefore ruining the Valentine’s Day surprise

Purchase a gift for someone and gift was too small and agent said I needed to go to a corporate office because I bought it from a corporate office .On Pandora receipt it states if you are unsatisfied with item find the nearest Pandora to return .That is misleading to a customer not very happy and won’t be shopping again at the store .

I received several rings as a Christmas gift and they were too small. I exchanged for the exact same rings just the next size up and forced to pay 35%

I bought a ring not even a year ago and the diamonds popped off as well as it rusting my finger. I asked to exchange the ring for a new one since it was causing issues and she denied it. She said it was past 30 days which I understand BUT It’s causing me issues and another Pandora assisted my before because of ring issues in the past. She then tried to give me a ring that wasn’t my size and didn’t even tell me. She kept saying well it seems fine when I told her my ring size and I don’t want another size. She was rude and unhelpful. I left very upset and I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from Pandora again due to the poor quality of jewelry and service that was provided not to mention the expensive price for such poor quality. I wish I would of gotten a different ring so that I can remain happy with Pandora. I never asked for a refund nor a cheaper ring. I simply asked for a ring with the same value if not I offered to pay a difference and she denied my request. I’m vary disappointed with Pandora and the workers.

I needed this as a gift and I drove many miles to pick it up. The order was ready for pick up and the wrong size was pulled for pick up. The size was also not available in store which ruined all my plans and nothing was done to help me.

Your associate had an attitude and did not want to take care of us because it was close to 7pm closing time. She cashed us out without asking if we were finished with our purchase.

The asst. manager Marianna was very rude to me and not knowledgeable with pandora. I order 2 items to pick up and she only gave me one when I told her she told me well I only put one but I told her I was charged for 2. At the end she said we r done instead of thank you to me.
