The manager was extremely when asked for assistance, was on phone while helping. Wouldn't even look up to talk to me because she was too busy being on phone. Whenever I asked questions she got irritated. No greeting by any of the employee even though associates were available they were just standing around when asked for help

The sales person was not very nice, they look tired to be answering questions just like prices... bad faces and bad acctitude... and for the rush of hers i have a problem now. I bought a ring in size 52 and they bring me a 50.... the receipt said is a 52. Now i do not what to do...

It was my last purchase an employee at this Pandora location. The AM Ashley H was very rude to me the entire purchase. This was not the first time I had experienced being the target of hostility from her.

The sales associate was very rude and unfriendly. She didn't have on a name tag and when asked her name she didn't want to reply. Was asked about exchanging an item from another store however her explanation didn't make any sense. Sense when does a warranty only apply to the store it was bought it. It does not state that on the receipt.
