The associate greeted me with a lot of respect. She took her time to answer all my questions and acknowledge my concerns. I had purchase charms and a bracelet for two different persons. She took her time to put the pieces together. She had excellent customer support skills.

Service was excellent. The items I wanted were available. Replaced my damaged charm without a problem. Went out of her way, even offerng to clean bracelet, making look new again.
