The sales representative was great, she was very professional and took her time showing us selections as well as gave us a courtesy cleanup of my wife's pandore bracelet and charms.

Sales rep that helped me went above and beyond to make my purchase super easy. She showed me plenty of options and took her time to assist me. She went excellent and she gave excellent feedback.

My sales associate was Angie. Her customer service was excellent. Once she knew what my mom liked, she made a beautiful bracelet. She took the time to help create a story for my mom's pink rose bracelet. I usually know what I want to purchase prior to my visit. She took her time with us and was very patient. I ordered my bracelet online, and two days after receiving it, I wore it, and it opened up, and all my charms flew on the floor in the lobby of my job. I called the store near me (Roosevelt Field Mall), and I was fortunate to speak with Tania to explain what happened and add more charms to the bracelet. We went over the charms I wanted, and she suggested I put them on hold for faster service once I arrived. Tania was very professional and friendly, and I am thrilled to express how much I appreciate the excellent service she provided to me on Thursday, June 30, 2022. Her patience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, eagerness to help, and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected. She made my day. I definitely will go back to buy some more because of her. Tania is genuinely remarkable. For sure, the best customer service I've ever gotten in a long time!!!!!!!.
