Our visit to Pandora was to purchase a gift for a girl graduation Middle school going to High School. I had some thoughts on what I was looking for but nothing definite, except I wanted a necklace in silver. The salesperson there was extremely helpful and patient. We put so many chains and charms together, then she should me one and that was it! She even suggested engraving it. I didn't know they did engraving. THAT made it perfect!! I was very happy! I have any pieces from Pandora, which I love, and get many compliments on. I have them for years and only one of the beads that I have is a disappointment. It changed color and nothing can be done about it. I am very please every time I go there. Thank you, a frequent shopper, Patricia Johnson
