Being the day before Mother’s Day, the store was crowded plus a line to get in, but we were never rushed. Danielle was friendly, patient and very helpful. The wait was worth it. The greeter who helped the people waiting was fantastic too.

I don't want to go back to get the same service like I did from their sales representative who was very rude, in Green Achers Mall. I had to go to Roosevelt Field Mall which was better service and I got everything I wanted including engraving.

The person who helped me out was named Jenn, she was very helpful and patient with me. She try to help me to the best of her ability i would love to come back to this store because everyone has always be polite.
