Customer service was good. Quality of items is very good. I was able to purchase my mother and I nice gifts.

I have a lot of Pandora. I love to see the new items and creativity through the years. I love silver!! The only problem I have is with the online purchase survey that never works. It's a slap in the face when you spend $$$ and can not take advantage of getting a discount code for you next purchase.

I have way to much Pandora Jewelry! LOL Looking forward to what comes next! I hope Pandora considers selling charms from other countries!! Thank You!!

All my questions were answered. I saw the different charms, bracelets, necklaces and rings that I asked to see. I learned my ring and bracelet size and Karishma was very helpful and polite. It was my second time at Pandora and I left feeling great!

Going into the Pandora store feels like a special experience. I love having a particular person & event to shop for, and the welcoming staff is always wonderfully accommodating and helpful. I’m a little sad they took away the padded jewelry boxes, but the packaging is still nice.
