When I arrived there was no available associate to help me. The associate at the entrance named Angie kept me company as I waited. She was very friendly and nice 🙂

During my experience, I was brought up with a sales rep that was very friendly in approaching me. The Sales Rep made buying a charm for a gift effortless in displaying all the charms that'd be a good fit for the gift I needed to get. The lady who helped me out also gave me the opportunity to press the button to engrave the charm :).

Jessica was personable, friendly, informed about the products and easily interpreted my taste. This allowed her to help me select items that complement my style and with which I am very happy. I don't know what she makes but she deserves a raise, by the way! LOL! The other associates in the store were friendly and helpful. They truly know the products and are able to recommend pieces that match the customers' style. (I watched them with other customers) I will definitely be revisiting that store!

I had a terrific sales person. She was so lovely and so nice to talk to. Extremely patient I did not feel rushed and she helped me give her opinion on my design. I really appreciated it. She had such a warm personality I could of spoken to her all day. She gave me a nice compliment that I should work for Pandora and she knew the collection as well as I did!

The sales associate was very patient as I was looking at a variety of rings in different sizes. She was friendly and also gave me suggestions on rings I had overlooked but ended up purchasing.

The rose gold jewelry are beautiful and elegant especially the earrings and bracelets. I love all the gold and rose gold charms. Everyone is so friendly. I love the Austin Street Queens NY store the best because the sales associate are so feta d nice and they do t rush you they have patience and don’t pressure you to make a purchase.
