Sales associate was nice and knowledgeable. Sales associate performed complimentary cleaning asap which was great so I did not have to wait. Sales associate gave her opinion and comparison of her Pandora jewelry which assisted me in making my decision on my new purchase.

I’m a person that likes more online shopping, but I had come to the store and my experience have been amazing, the associates are so humble and always trying that u get what u love, I had always left Pandora satisfied.

Pandora staff are always up to date with the merchandise for each season, and if they don’t have what you want. They always suggest something close to what you wanted, and it always works out just right!

I traveled 2 hrs to get to your store. I purchased my first pandora at the Roosevelt store over 5 years ago. That is the only store I will go to due to the prompt and friendly service

They barely had charms. The charms I wanted were not in stock and it was frustrating because on line they are sold out as well. Also we were on line and no one was directing the line or telling people not to cut the line that the line was in the other side.

The Sales Associate that helped me to pick out the charms I was looking for was so helpful and nice. I wish all customer service associates were like her!
