The patience, expertise, kindness and helpfulness of the sales person was exceptional. She is a wonderful listener and eagerly participated when I requested her input. She presented a variety of charms from which to choose. This young lady is a credit to your store. I plan to return as I've decided that I want additions to add to my theme. It is a tribute to my deceased sister. The sales rep. handled my entire visit with charm, warmth, understanding and an eagerness to make me happy with my purchase. And, so, I shall return.
