The sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a charm for Godmother and though Pandora does not have a charm for Godmother, the associate recommended engraving a charm. What a fantastic idea. Though we bought 4 other charms, I will return to the store to purchase and engrave a charm specifically for the person I would like to gift.
