Diane was a phenomenal associate especially during this hectic time of holiday shopping. She made us feel welcome with a smile on her face and eased us throughout the entire process. She also expedited the process by handling returns outside of the store and making us aware of this while we just got on the line so we didn't have to wait long at all. If I had to go to Pandora again, I would only wish for Diane to help me with my purchases.

I went to just buy a ring for my daughter. However the sales people were fantastic and so nice I spent $307 on rings. Malaika H was amazing and patient with me while I picked out rings.
