The store is amazing and the workers are so sweet with this pandemic it’s not easy to understand each other but they were very patient with me and that I appreciate since it was my first time going to Pandora! Great work!

I came into do an exchange for a bracelet that would not stay closed. The associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no intentions of making a purchase. She listened to my concerns and offered different options. I actually upgraded to the same bracelet she was wearing. She was very personable, friendly and professional. No pressure sales tactics the easiest purchase ever. Thank you
