Mariana was beyond helpful, I previously went to pandora in college point on austin st and they refused to exchange my item saying that stores can accept online items. Mariana not only completed my exchange but was prompt and lovely.

I was highly satisfied with the store because of the cleanliness and the associates ability to keep the line moving all while trying to meet everyone’s needs. Due to the pandemic customers must wait 6ft apart as the store can have a limit of people in the store. Everyone was really friendly and provided an overall great experience.

Brianna's customer service skills, professionalism and product acknowledge should not go unnoticed. She's patient and concern about the customer needs. Not only does she work at Pandora, she wear's Pandora with pride that is shown on her arm. Brianna's display of her personal collection of charms and bracelets, had my daughter and I purchasing some of the same charms from her arm(which we would have not seen). Brianna's has a great smile and attitude. Awesome job will take this great experience back home with me to Miami
